Its a flash extension called pixel tools that you can add to your flash software. Its free but kind of buggy so you have to save often but it works... sorta

good job man. what im most curious about is the medium, what type of marker or pen? and what did you use to get the grey? im guessing a transparent marker that builds up each stroke but possibly watercolors.. just wondering. if you could let me know it'd be appreciated, thanks.

actually.. after a closer look at the elephants inside ear, it looks like a marker but still very curious
