i like it. but instead of a review more of a question. was this painting a lot easier compared to an image in focus? or was it the same or harder?

the colors and shading and highlights are all drawn fairly well but the clouds structure is a bit unrealistic. instead of the long lines, smaller puffs would serve for a more real look. and with your blending, it could be smoother, a good trick is going low opacity and messing with the color picker and using different shades of colors for depth.

cool design, and you can never draw enough regardless of whether you plan on making a living out of it. keep at what your good at and you shall be rewarded for your hard earned skills.

soon to be frontpaged, guaranteed . but the detail is insane, the lines in the background are perfectly straight and the shading on everything else is just perfect. they say its hard to hit perfection, but after 4 months youre damned close. great work, and the time you put into it shows.

Thank you so much!! I had a dead line to meet with a friend who was doing an art show at his tattoo parlor and since the economy isn't doing well he lost the funding for the show at the last minute. I tried to put at least 6 hours a night into this so its roughly over 720 hours worth of work and the paper size is 14'' x 17'' or 356mm x 432mm if you're on the metric system. Again so glad you like it and thank you so much for the great comments

very good detail, spot on proportions. one thing i may suggest, is shading in very small circles, it avoids the noticeable lines at points, and has a softer look.. im not saying this is bad or anything, i mean, my pencil drawings can't compare, just a suggestion:D
